30 Day Challenge
Hello!!
I just wanted to do a personal update. Since I have been writing so seldom.
So here it goes....
I belong to wonderful Facebook group that has to do with MBTI, more specifically XNFJ.
One of the members posted this morning about starting a 30 Day Challenge.
So I am here sitting down, wondering what to do.
We can each pick a thing or more that we would like to challenge ourselves on.
So far I believe I will be doing:
1. Yoga (four hours a week minimum)
2. Gym/ Workout (four times a week minimum)
3. Gratitude Journal (every day)
4. Post Blog entries (three times a week minimum)
5. Take my supplements: Iron, Creatine, Hemp.
I need to get back into doing yoga and working out. I will be doing before and after pictures and I will go buy a new journal for the ocassion - which I plan on continuing after the 30 days are done.
What do you feel you would want to do your 30 Day Challenge on??
Would it be things you want to work on for yourself? New challenges? Existing challenges?
